Your g-code has problems. Arcs in the code has different start and end radius which basically makes your arcs invalid.
However the UCCNC handles these cases, but your code still not good.
Mach3 do not even run your g-code file.

This code is generated in SolidCam, on a standard (basic) postprocessor. While the problem decided, replacing the arcs with the G17 etc on the G00.
