1.2106 skipped code 1.2109 ran properly

Postby dammogreen » Tue Jul 23, 2019 6:26 pm

Just fyi I had a problem where 1.2106 would skip hundreds of lines of code...It WAS consistent regarding which lines it would skip.
It would do this in the emulator as well.

>>>>>>If I single stepped though the code it would not skip any lines. <<<<<<<

I rebooted the PC and tried again with 1.2106...no change, still skipping code.
(as far as I remember this same code ran properly on some earlier firmware)

I switched to 1.2111 and no lines are skipped now, runs properly in this regard.

I dont' have any time to help much more with this as I'm busy, I think maybe this TEST version should not be allowed to be downloaded though!

1.2106 is a very old development version and that version had lots of problems due to heavy developments in that version, we do not act on bug reports on old test versions, because those bugs most likely being fixed already.
If you have the same issue with the latest development release then please report it and we will then check it out.

Most if not all old test versions have some sort of bug otherwise it would be released as new stable version. I have read somewhere it is not recommended to use test versions for production, especially outdated test versions.
