UC100 Lathe Signal Problems

Hi guys,
I have a problem that is signal and noise .Firstly, I have problem that is from laptop to uc100 usb cable.
I have to shorten it's lenght (35cm ).At the moment, The problem is stable.
Secondly, the uc100 plug did not read pulse signal stably while machine was cutting hard metal (making vibration)
What if you share doc or video for problems ?

I find a solution that in noise connect to ground with cable , but I do not solve usb cable problem.
