Hello,
I recently purchased a C94 board with the UC300eth from CNC4PC. The issue is when I turn on machine, I reference all axis's then turn on Soft Limits. X & Y move without issues but the Z axis is weird. After I move all axis to cut position and try to
move Z in the NEG DOWN position so I can Zero it out, it immediately goes to the top of its stroke by limit switch. But if I turn soft limits off Z axis works fine up and down. How I know it has something to do with the UC300eth is I can take the same computer connect it to my old CNC machine with a Gecko G540 controller with a parallel port and everything works as it should including the soft limits. Also my Xbox controller will only move my Machine 31IPM , no faster. I'm using the Joypad PLUGIN from Mach 3 website. Now It work's fine on my Gecko G540 machine. I found a post with something similar to what I'm describing and someone suggested to go back to .013 Plugin. I'm currently using Windows 7 64 bit Desktop Running MACH 3 Version R3.043.066 I think there is a bug in the UC300ETH plugin maybe. Anybody experience this issue?
Any Help on this issue would be GREAT as I'm going CRAZY trying to figure this out.
Thanks Richard
