I have no news of my order of January 28.

Your order has been shipped on the 01.February. The GLS tracking number has been emailed to you, we automatically email the tracking numbers for all orders.
The GLS tracking number is 90475027559
Then you complained in email to which I answered and sent you the tracking number again.
Then you again complained and then I again sent you the tracking number.
I think that our emails probably go to your spam folder, so you might want to check that.
