Hi there, I need your help please!! I have a CNC 4'x8' table that bought 5 years ago... it is running with Mach3 and UC100 and breakboard MX4660.
Here is my problem... As I mentioned before it was working great for 5 years... till Last Wednesday, I moved the table from one corner to an other on the same room, but when moving it the dolly we were using collapsed, so it hit the floor, it was about 6" from the floor.
Next day I plug the PC using the UC100, I have green and blue LED lights on and steady... but the table doesn't move at all... I cant move the axis by hand so Im assuming motors had power... when I press the arrows and pgUp and pgDown the axis on the screen of Mach3 moves,.. I also run the last code of gcode I use before I unplugged the CNC and the Mach3 display also moves... but not the table.
I need you help as I have a lot of cuts to do for a client. I am guessing is not a software or setup issue as it was working fine... PC is not connected to the internet so no way to attach the issue to a firmware update... I ordered a new UC100 thinking that it might be the issue (I will receive it by Wednesday), but again,.. green and blue LED are on and steady now... but not sure if even that the lights are on,... the UC100 is communicating with the breakboard.... any suggestion what to check or what to do? Thank you in advance!!!
