UC100 lost connection and I can't reconnect

I was running my resurfacing program and I am down to the last 4" around the perimeter and my UC100 lost connection, blue signal light went out, and I have restarted Mach 3 and the UC100 will not connect. Thoughts??

EMI noise in your system or your computer got overloaded.

All I had running was a shop vac for dust collection and the spindle VFD. Which one is the most likely culprit the VFD?
