AXBB-E not communicating

My AXBB-E controller 24v green light comes on but not the green ready light. I uninstalled and deleted out all of the uccnc downloads and installed it again and I till can't get the ready light to come on and its not connecting to Mach 3. I have checked the 24v and 5v to the motion controller and I am getting 24v and 5v to the controller. Any suggestions?

The controller could have a short circuit connection or maybe it damaged or maybe the power management IC damaged.
Try to disconnect everything from the controller and keep the 5Volts only to see if the Ready light comes on?
If not then try to connect the 5Volts to the Power output terminal of the AXBB-E, that way you bypassing the power management IC.
Be careful with making the connection the correct polarity, because if it will be incorrect then the controller will permanently damage.
