Mach 3 will not reset with AXBB-E

Postby gills » Sat Aug 05, 2023 9:31 pm

I have been changing one of my two tables from mechanical switches to proximity sensors. My plan was to test the x,y,z axis one at a time. I had all three axis disabled in the input screen and when I went to reset Mach it would not reset. All I had enabled was my touch plate and E-stop. I disabled my touch plate and just had the e-stop on and I could not get it to reset. I have it wired in NO just like the diagram at the top of page 26 of the manual, set to input 2. I have turned on and off active low and it will not reset. What could be wrong with the wiring? Thoughts?

Hi,

Check the AXBB-E plugin page to see the I/Os and if the hardlimit or e-stop is active and also check in Mach3 diagnostics if any limits or e-stop input is active.
