It is sure the problem, we've seen this several times with fake license keys.
The issue with them is that the license name contains special characters which makes the xml file corrupted when the name is written into the file by Mach3, because those characters are not allowed by the XML standards.
And so because the XML is corrupt out plugin cannot read/write values properly.

i now orderd mach 4 from the official homepage.
Hopefully it will work now.
