getting plugin defective message on previously working machi

Hi

I have one of the AXBB-E boards on a cnc build that was working previously, but now gives me a “defective plugin” message followed by a “AXBB-e not found” message in Mach 3 when I start up Mach3

I can ping the board and have tried downloading and reinstalling the drivers/plugin from your website but still get those messages in Mach3 and cannot run the machine.

Windows 10 laptop

Any suggestions?
