M40 / M41 touch probe not working

Hi, i tested the touch probe by writing the data to a text file, but Mach3 stops working after the M40 entry and dont write a text file.
The UNCNC manual states that it is supported. Qhy not also with mach3?

And what ist the Last version of Plugin? I have the V1.020

The M40/M41 is probing related operation. The probing is done with G31 and then Mach3 or the UCCNC is saving the probed coordinates into memory and saving them to file.
The plugin only takes care of the G31 probing operation.
The rest is done by Mach3 and not by the plugin, so if it does not work then it has to be a MAch3 issue.

Thanks, ist was my own fault. I rename the mach3 path. And the Mach3 cant open and whrite a File.
