Auto Square not working

Two Y motors, two separate limit switches. When homing Y axis the light for the prox sensor will light when gantry is close but the axis continues to plow through the switch and crash till I turn off power. Both limits Y and A test correctly on the diagnostic screen.

Set homing sequence #4 to none.

I had the limit pins backwards. Y motor was pointing to A limit. Stupid mistake, thanks for the help.
