Please can someone help me on this, I load a file but the machine will not go to the start position, we took the CNC apart to move it and I believe it need re setting to a new home position, I can not seem to find any videos on how to do this, we can not get the Y axel to go to zero, I have some understanding of how the machine works but if I try to home all it hits the top trigger switch !

We have now wiped the PC of all programs and started from scratch, the problem now is the new updated software has loaded but won't communicate with the CNC controller, we have uploaded the correct profile for the CNC, totally stuck now, if anyone is close to leicester and would be prepaid to come and help out we would be more than happy to pass some coinage on :D

Did you copy your license file into the UCCNC folder? Does the UCxxx_utility find the controller?
