Skipping lines

I had a strange occurrence today. I noticed that UCCNC Ver. 1.2111 was skipping the the first 2 lines of a file.

All my files start with:

G90
G53Z0
M3 S10000

When I ran this particular file it skipped over those first two lines. I even ran it one line at a time and confirmed it jumped over these. I added an M3 above the G90 and it ran that line but then skipped over the G90 and G53Z0.

Other files coded exactly the same did not have this happen. They ran as they should.

Very strange indeed.
