Problem reglage probe Z

Hello everyone first of all sorry for my English I go through google translation.
I have an AXBB-E card on my DIY CNC
I would like to understand how to use my aluminum plate to make the probeZ.
I activated the probe on port 2 pin 3 and the probing works (the Z goes down, touches the plate then goes up 2mm then goes down slowly and finally goes up at a certain distance that I don't understand.
I indicated the height of my aluminum plate (gage height) (5mm)

The problem is that once he has done the probe the cutter goes up but if I then ask for "zero Z" the cutter does not go down to the level of my bed it remains higher (to be clear, the zero defined after the probe is higher than the piece I want to mill)
Could you advise me on this problem please?

Good day to all :-)

Bonne journée a tous :-)

I think I found: I had not activated the Axis count 1 gage parameter

But do you have any other tips for using my aluminum plate? it also does X and Y and I can't use it correctly

My bed is not exactly straight, on one side at the bottom of the Y it is slightly lower by 1 or 2 tenths of a millimeter.
Is there a solution to map the bed a bit like with the BL Touch of a 3D printer, it would solve a lot of problems :-)
