Brand New Installation Fails to Start

I have already sent an email to support, but I know it's the weekend and I'm likely to not hear anything back until Monday. I thought it was worth asking here.

I just purchased a UNCCNC license and UC400ETH controller. I received my license key and the 400 came in on Friday. I immediately installed UNCCNC on my dedicated CNC computer running Windows 7 and up to date (as far as I know, before Microsoft took away the online updates for 7). Installation went through without a problem. I did a full reboot for good measure. When I try to start UNCCNC, it fails immediately, giving me an unhandled exception error. I usually have to click through about 3-4 warnings/errors and then it bombs out and closes completely.

I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Am I missing something like a C++ Runtime or similar?

Thank you!
