UCCNC user satisfaction

As with most support forums (regardless of subject), the majority of member posts are in search of help/fixes for issues they’re having.
For the most part a happy user is just off doing his/her thing and is not posting on a forum… so from an outside view point you get a disproportionate representation/impression of user satisfaction… you hear more from the complainers and little from the happy.

We all see the great level of support offered here… the (limited) number and type of issues people are having… but to be able to put that into perspective and gain an idea of true user satisfaction, we’d need a general idea of how many UCCNC controllers are out there… maybe one of the admins could shed some light on the subject for us.
