scaling issue

Hi everyone! I am using a stepcraft m700, uccnc controller and vectric software for creation. On the final product everything is just half of the size on all the three axes. I have done 80 mm circle 6 mm deep and in the machine appeared 40 mm and 3mm deep. On the uccnc screen shoes the coordinates right for example X axes - 40.000 and +40.000 but on the machine gets just half of it. I am new with cnc please give me some ideas...

You can check your scaling in the dros. Make sure it's set to 1

IT also could be that your steps/unit settings are off.
