Calling a button macro while a cycle is running doesn't work

Hi all,

If I call a button macro (M20000 to M21999) using a physical button while a gcode cycle is running the button macro is not executed.
Is this normal?

Yes, a lot of things don't work while g-code is running.

My system is getting quite complexe. Using extensively the modbus.
I recently made big changes to the electronics and my mudbus communication is broken since. I need to fix that before I can look at this other macro loops problem.

I’ll post my solution here once I find the solution.
