Homing speed not correct

Ver 1.2111

Have not had my home switches set up for quite a while because of faulty BoB. Upgraded my BoB and connected home switches again.

Set homing speed for X and Y homing speed (no Z home switch) to 2000 and back off to 50. Did the whole enter, apply and save thing each time.

X axis homes at the set speed (2000) and backs off at set speed (50)

Y axis homes and backs off at 40% faster than what is set. Y is slaved with B which has all identical settings to Y.

Any idea what I am doing wrong.

Here is my profile Ver 1.2111

Another issue that has popped up besides the strange homing speed
I use a modified screenset which includes the following line to set the jog speed to 100 on startup.
It has worked flawlessly for the past several years but all of a sudden the screen boots with a jog speed of 30

Tried reinstalling ver 1.2111 over the top but made no difference.

I appreciate any help you are able to give.

Just to add to the jog speed issue above;

On my desktop office computer, using the exact same profile, screenset and constructor macro, it boots up with jog speed at the 100 as required.

This is on my office desktop in demo mode.

I can not check the homing speed on this computer because it is in demo mode without a controller connected.

Normally the screenset is loaded and then the default/saved values are written. So, if it worked for you then it was a bug, not a feature. If you want to change the default jog speed then do it in the M99998 macro:

The homing issue is strange. I can't find any problem in your profile. Could you test it with 1.2114? (You don't need to update, you can install it to a new folder.)

I tried the Ver 1.2114 still with my original profile and screenset

Exactly the same result with homing speed. Approx 40% too fast. On Y not X

Discovered that if I unslave the B axis from Y then the homing speed acts as it is set.

Reslave the B to Y and the issue returns.

So I don't know if this is a problem in my profile or some sort of UCCNC problem.

On a different issue the jog speed set to 100% via screenset on startup has rectified itself.
Now operating as it always has on this and two other computers. Desktop and plasma table.

Could it be a hardware or wiring issue as you changed hardware?
Try disconnecting the slave B-axis step and direction pins from the BoB and test again with Y and B-axis enabled and with only the Y-axis enabled.
