Re installing UC100

I have replaced a computer which was Dying ( everything worked but took ages )
New machine is solid state drive, windows 10, and flies
I tried copying all the software from my old disc using a dock so copied over all uccnc files,,all as they had been working in old machine, but now only works in demo mode
Have reinstalled a fresh copy of UCCNC, down loaded UCx00 driver for automatic install , and copied my licence into the UCCNC folder (it overwrote the previous)

But still only works in demo mode and blue light does not illuminate.

UC100 controller works in mach 3 with all the lights so I am presuming that is OK.
Clearly I am missing something in UCCNC but just cant see what. It could be 15 months since I last used this so I am well rusty , but it did work fine . I cant find any configuration setting which seems to help.

Can anyone help

Do you receive a "no valid license key file" message on the UCCNC software startup?
If you do then it is a license key issue.
If you don't then it is something else.

So , as they say , "if all else fails then read the instructions "

These say "To install the license key, simply copy the license key file to the UCCNC installation folder and run the software. The software automaticaly senses the license key in the installation directory and will connect to the device"

Now I do not see a " UCCNC installation" folder, I see a couple of USB installation folders, so where do I paste the license please

The installation folder means the folder of your UCCNC installation. E.g. the C:\\UCCNC/ folder.

So as you can see my licence is in that folder !

What do I need to do so that my software works ? Controller works in Mach 3.
