If the position DRO shows the movement then the machine also has to move.
In the UCCNC inside those moves are programmed the same way as the programmed linear interpolations, so if the DRO shows the movement then those signals are output for sure.
Maybe the move distance is so small that you do not even notice on the machine.
Or maybe the acceleration and/or velocity of the axis is set too high and the motor is stalling, loosing steps and then there is no movement, however the software outputs the signals.
