Moving to UCCNC from Mach 3

I'm new to UCCNC making the jump from having used Mach3 for several years.
Had to move to a Windows 10 machine "sigh" and Couldn't get Mach 3 to be happy so decided to make the switch.
I use a UC300ETH and imported my working Mach3 config file... the config seems to have come over correctly...
I can hear the controllers/motors kick in when UCCNC starts, the inputs seem to work... when I Jog the DRO's change... but the motor's don't do anything.
I have compared the ports and pins with the Mach3 settings and they seem to be the same... on the diagnostic page I can see some activity on those ports
when I Jog but the Motors don't move.
I'm sure it is something I have done or not done but I am at a loss.
HELP!

post your profile file (*.pro) + the mach3 XML files.
note some of the specific uccnc settings don't exist in mach3 so cannot be transferred across (and normally catches new users out who moan that mach3 was faster and better etc etc)
what breakout board are you using?
do you have a wiring schematic (a rough sketch plus photo will help)

I am using a generic 5 axis breakout board - manual attached
I also have a spindle control kit - manual attached
There is a overall DIAGRAM of my controll system
A spreadsheet with my PIN out's
I had to convert the Mach3Mill config file to pdf to be able to upload it.
Let me know if there is anything else I need to send
Thanks for your help!

you seem to have slaved the X, Y and Z axis to the A axis..... and enabled the A Axis..... but not provided any ports and pins for the Step and Direction
you can only slave 1 primary axis to another

I don't have an A axis and did not configure that purposely...
In any case I set slave to non one X Y and Z and disabled the A axis
applied, saved, and restarted... no change
I can click on the various job buttons... the DRO changes but the Motor's don't do anything
Thanks

can you take a screenshot of the diagnostics screen?
I use greenshot to do screenshots

Took a pic with my phone.. looks pretty good if you cannot read it let me know...
I have the limit override triggered because the machine was left in the home position which has my limits triggered
Thanks

I was looking at your TIFF file (the wiring diagram) and it shows the UC300ETH connected from port #2 to the Step & Direction BOB
But the port numbers in UCCNC are set to Port 3...... could this be your problem

That diagram is old...
Just double checked BOB is on PORT 3
