Hello everyone, after having without difficulty and with your help succeeded in doing the necessary so that my machine can work, I find myself facing another problem which is the understanding of the machine or work coordinates and of course their implementation. I launched a program in order to adjust my work plane in relation to the tool and during the maneuver, my Z axis goes way too low and would damage the assembly if I did not work blank. I think I deduced that it came from the machine coordinates but I don't know how I was able to integrate them into uccnc and of course modify them. the surfacing then seems to work properly. Can you explain to me the difference between the different contact details and how I can remedy my problem. I specify that I am in France and therefore the translation is done by google, imagine when I have to do a search on the site.

I specify that when I do a go to home my coordinates are X = 0, Y = 0 and Z = 100

thank you for answering and after reading the article, indeed I begin to understand a little but unfortunately that does not solve my problem. My cnc is equipped with a limit switch. when I run a home all, my axes go home, and on my desk I read X = 0, Y = 0 and Z = 100. when I go to the offsets page, I read the following machine coordinates X = 0, Y = 0 and Z = 100.
1 I am unable to know how I was able to create these coordinates.
The following problem follows, when I do the planimetry of my table and after leveling my tool, the Z goes too low in it would damage the tool and the table if I was not working in blank.
how to modify the machine coordinates of the Z so that it is at 0 (high position) instead of 100. or did I make an error when creating my drawing on fusion360?

The machine coordinates can be set only by homing the machine. When the homing of an axis is finished and the "Auto set" is checked then the "Write offset on homing" value is written to the machine coordinate. Check your Z axis setup page.

Z Axis

Write offset on homing (units ) i would guess yours is set to 100

hello, indeed I corrected the data on the Z page by zeroing the data and everything works correctly. I was able to run a first G code, everything is OK
