Posted: Sat Jul 11, 2020 11:42 amI noticed when cutting arcs the machine does not move smooth through the arc. I attached a pic of my settings, any help would be great.

Posted: Sat Jul 11, 2020 12:37 pmYour CV tolerance settings are low enough so it is sure smooth in software, I suspect mechanical problem in your machine, maybe backlash.

how many steps per unit are you presently running?

Posted: Sat Jul 11, 2020 6:46 pmWe do not know anything about your setup, your mechanics (ballscrew or rack or belt etc.?), we also have no idea what is the movement size for one step.
Also we do not know what do you mean by "not smooth motion"?
Some further explanation would be required...
