External E-stop triggered error

Hi folks. It's a first time in this forum for me, new customer of CNCdrive from Italy. First of all, thank you for the old post and for the help you gave me, yesterday I had read a lot of post that helped me with the first set-up, but now I need your help, because I've encountered a problem that I can't solve myself.
I've searched on the forum but didn't found anything useful. I've wired yesterday the machine to the boards. Stepper, Home sensors and probe. Not yet wired and assigned any external e-stop.
I did a couple of testing cut and occasionally the error "Ext.E-stop triggered" comes out and stop the work. Do you know how can I fix this? I'm using aUC300ETH with UBB1 board. Seems to be an electrical interference but why happen on unassigned input?

Thank you for your attention and your help.

Emanuele

You have noise in your system.
You could resolve it with reducing noise or with the debounce filter parameter in the UCCNC, you can set the time constant in milliseconds you want the controller to ignore the input signals.
So, for example if you will set the debounce to 1msec then the controller will ignose short pulses on the inputs which are shorter than 1 mseconds.

You might also want to look up https://www.youtube.com/user/corvetteguy50 he has a ton of great videos about noise and proper wiring for cnc machines. The information he explains in his videos is highly technical and well explained, there are a lot of videos and I do recommend watching all of them. I'm in no way related to him, I just found a lot of very helpful info there.
