Help with starting up UCCNC

I am having trouble using(seting up) the UCCNC with my home made machine.
Attached is the wiring diagram of my machine. Please notice that I haven't connected yet the limit switched and the E-stop.
Prior to UCCNC I had a arduino Mega 2560 board and was able to move all axes properly but wasn't able to connect my VFD.
Therefore I switched to St-V2 BOB and UC100 using UCCNC.
With this configuration I can move only one of the Y-axis (slave doesn't move) and Z-axis is moving properly but in the opposite dir.
I am sure there is something I am doing wrong and I will appreciate any help. I am attaching also a screen shot of my Diagnostics screen in UCCCN

Show your axis setup screens.

Note that you'll need a 12V-24V power supply for inputs on that board to work.

You have to setup A axis as a slave for the Y. It can be done on the Y axis setup page at the bottom. If Z moves in the opposite direction then you have to check/uncheck the Active low in the row of the direction pin.

Isn't the 12V-24V only when i setup spindle?
Than why is that Y axis works but it slave (A) doesn't along with the X axis?
After I start jogging axis I get the diagnostics screen as in the attached pic.
Sorry I am confused with this setup, I know something I am doing is not right but cant figure out what!!
Thank you

Maybe you are right, I don't know, I don't have the manual of your breakout board, so I have no idea how (with what voltages and connections) that BOB works.

No, the inputs require it, or they don't work. I have one myself.
