PC Crashed, UCCNC Won't Recognize My UC400ETH

My PC crashed and I needed to reload Win10. I reloaded UCCNC but it won't recognize my UC400ETH. When I run UCCNC the blue LED blinks once but the software only allows me to enter the demo mode. Any suggestions?

Setup the network IP as described in the UC400ETH manual.
The blue LED blinks once because the UC400ETH gets the broadcast message when the UCCNC explores all motion controllers connected to the PC.
