I have Mach3 with Screenset 2010 and the Huanyang works just fine. But I'm having problems wit a new install of UCCNC using the Huanyang plugin. I can control the VFD from UCCNC but the control setting for the VFD from UCCNC don't have the right settings. If i run a G-code that calls for 24000 rpms the VFD will only run at 11880 RPMs.
If I put a speed setting in the 'MDI' of G0s24000M3, the spindle will only run at 11880.
Has anyone else seen this?

Make sure PD144 is set to 3000.

I checked the PD settings and installed HY12. The Config - Spindle page will not let me change the spindle velocity Max above 11880 rpms. On the run page the "Overridden" DRO will not go above 11880. And the VFD spindle control will not go above 11880.

Go to "CONFIGURATION/AXIS SETUP/SPINDLE" and check "PWM Spindle".

Remember to Save settings in UCCNC.

Good news I reset "PWM Spindle" and now I have full control of the Spindle!!!
There is always a 'BUT'.
I'm trying to run the 2017 screenset, when I opened the program for 2017 screen the spindle would not run at all.
I reinstalled 2017 Screenset to see if it would import the settings from UCCNC but none of the imported setting are there.
I tried to manually setup the settings but there are things that will not set like ; 'Active Low' and 'PWM spindle' check boxes.
I can input the ports & pins numbers but that's about all.

The UC300ETH is working because I see changes in the diagnostics when I touch the moveable touchoff plate.

Every profile has its own file for saved settings so a new profile won't import from another.

With 2017 Screenset or any new profile you will need to configure plugin all over again like you did for the default. With the 2017 screenset you need to change the RPM field # to 2451 in screen edit.

If the checkboxes don't work in the 2017 Screenset, then you didn't finish the installation. See the manual, and follow the instructions. You have to manually copy all of the 2017 screenset macros into your profile macro folder.

The screenset is just, that, a screenset. It contains no settings. The settings are stored in your profile, which is independent of the screenset.

I'm sorry but I over looked, manually copy all of the 2017 screenset macros. Now I have 2017 Screenset running. But here is my new problem. I changed the RPM: DRO to 2451 but when I close the 2017 Screenset and restart I loose the settings and the RPM: DRO goes back to the default 840. When I do an edit screen and reset RPM: everything works until I turn the PC off.
At least I am almost there.

After you change the number, while still in the screen editor, click on the File tab and click Save Screenset.
