Im liking this new screenset but would like to make some simple changes like colouring some buttons to highlight them , are there any tutorials around showing the basics of how the screenset editor works.

There's some info in the UCCNC/Documentation folder of your installation.
And also there is some info in the UCCNC users manual.

Read all those and its not very clear , I have followed some youtube videos which explain some parts really well just looking for a more in depth tutorial explanantion.

Without being rude the manuals are written by someone who knows exactly what they are doing so are technical but dont give a real good explanaition , you really need to understand it to be able to use it .
Im looking for more of a beginers guide or video tutorials

Delco,

To change the button colours.

Go to you profile folder eg D:\UCCNC\Flashscreen\BMP\Default2019

Scroll through and find the button you are looking for, open it in your preferred graphics editor and make what ever change you wish. Save the file back over the original and you're done.

It is a steep learning curve, and the manuals can be overwhelming, but I think that is a by-product of how complex these systems are.

After installing release 1.2112, we have to replace old uccnc.exe with the last one to get error free program ?

This 1.2112 release with new screen set will become the next release. The screenset is very good, it makes us easier and quicker to see the related thing.

How to disable visualization.
With 4 axial machining, it is not necessary, because it is not displayed correctly.

It’s bad that you can’t edit your posts after posting.
This would be a useful feature when you need visualization you can enable and when you do not need to disable it.
Disabling would reduce the load on the processor.

There's a checkbox on the Appearance tab.
