Nikolay, can you try one more thing, to remove the Flashscreen/SOUND/reset.wav file?
I'm asking this because maybe it is an audio problem, as that file was changed and I do not see anything else remaining which would be different from the previous release and which we did not debug already, except the audio file.

Deleted the file does not work. A message pops up to close the program.

There are no problems in the program. I put the profile in my folder, my profile. And in the properties of the shortcut I registered the loading of my profile (C: \ UCCNC \ UCCNC.exe / p MechMate) and everything started with a standard splash screen.
A new screensaver is a problem.

OK, that is useful info, thank you, but can you also try to just change the screensetfilename key in your default profile file to see if it runs that way?
I would like to cross out the possibility that the Default profile is the problem.

I'm also attaching a new exe file, have put many more things into exception handlers, please run it and let me know if it crashed or if you getting any messagebox text?

Hmm, it is really strange. You know now even the Application.Run is in try/catch and exception still not cought?!

So, it really seems that something in the screenset is causing it if the same exe file works with the other screenset.
I think now the only way to figure this out then is if you can start removing parts of the screensets.
I mean to try to remove the Addbuttons section from the screenset using a texteditor, save it, run the software, then if still crashes then remove the Addlabels, if still crashes then remove the Addfields etc etc.
And see when it stops crashing and let me know please.
If we will see which section is causing the problem then you could narrow it down with for example, if removing the Addbuttons stops making it crash then youi can put one half of the addbuttons back and see if it crashes or not.
This way it could be narrowed down to a single line of code and then we could debug it to see what could be the possible reason for that code to make a crash like that.
