Hello,
Sorry for my late reply.
It seems my "2-3" busy days transformed in one month.
Sorry for that

Regarding AXBB board, I'll try to make my modifications available for more boards, not only UB1.
Unfortunately I don't have AXBB so we need to do some tests with this board.
I'll try to have it ready for test tomorrow or the day after.
Thank you for understanding
Best regards,
Seb

Ive been trying to export the screenset to XABB-E , but it will not work for me . How do you use the screenset editor to do this job ? i tryed to copy all elements from your UT300 screenset to AXBB , but it ends in blank screen , alarm sound and then program quitting . I am at total loss :D cant seem to figure it out at all . The screenset it self look very nice , would love to have that functionality tbh :)

Kind regards

hello again,
I tried to migrate UB1 screenset modifications to AXBB, I'll attach a new ssf file which should be OK for UB1 and AXBB. Please try it.

I still have to discover how to do that and there will be a lot of trials and errors.
I have no idea why but the UCCNC online editor, which should be let me copy between devices, it break something and UCCNC doesn't start for AXBB device so I had to make everything by hand.

Also, I didn't saw too many differences between UB1 and AXBB (in the Default2019 screenset I mean). What happen if you select UB1 as device even you have AXBB?

Hello Sebba !

I have a question regarding your M6 macro . If no slot is designated and rack not defined in xyz , does it go to the M200(park1 pos) and ask for toolchange ?

Kind regards

I have to check to be sure but as far as I remember it will go to the TCP position, defined in ATC Setup page.
I also remember I did some changes to the Park 1 button/macro.

I'll try to check this evening

Yes, GOTO PARK 1 button is now GOTO TCP
M200 will move to TCP
TCP is defined in ATC Setup

And yes, if required tool is not found (declared) in rack, the machine will move to TCP and ask for manually load.
Same, if current tool does not have own slot defined in rack and no available slots, the machine will move to TCP and wait for manually remove the tool from spindle
If current tool does not have own slot defined but there are free slot(s) in rack, this tool will be released in the first available (free) slot. Tooltable will be updated, too.

Hello Sebba

Very nice , it was what i derived from reading the macro's , perfekt actually just what hoped for :D now i need to move toolsetter to the front of the machine for easy handling . Then build tool rack and make it work  thanks againg and happy new year ...

Playing with ATC settings for first slot position, step distance between slots and clear Y (X) position you can place the rack anywhere inside the working surface of the machine.
Happy new year to you, too
