Lost uccnc license

Lost my license file after having to reinstall windows .
Have emailed Balazs but so far no response . Is he away ? May even be that my email is not working properly Is there anyone else who could deal with this ?

He's got too many mails. You should write the exact date and time when you sent the mail to help him to find it.

Is it enough to send him SN of AXBBE or UC300ETH for example ?

Also emailed info @ cncdrive thinking that maybe some one in admin in the front office might be able to help but just got auto response

I suppose I could go back to Mach 3 but I have to get their license back too.
Maybe it will depend on who gets back first.

I bought this license 10 days ago and everyone was quick to take my money .
I feel like someone who has bought a new car and it is broken down by the roadside and I cant get in touch with anyone to help me fix it .
Getting more and more pissed off!

Did you delete the email that the license came with? I can get the license I bought years ago by getting the old emails from my gmail account.

How about if the computer crash and should be re-format ? I have problem with my email, I lost all data, I could not recover data all. Should I buy a new one ?

Your license key file was sent in email, you should have it in your emails.

I can see the payment receipt from paypal on 24th July under my work /paypal email address but cant see the license file
I have checked Outlook and Gmail addresses for that time but cant see a license txt file at all . I just dont know where its has gone
In outlook I have My Mach3 key so can go back there if I dont get any joy here, and I am rapidly tending toward that route
I have another out of office response from cncdrive this morning. Do they not have any staff .

Instead of going round the houses on this can CNCdrive please send me a copy file . Either this or please refund my payment.
If I dont get satisfaction on this by the end of today i will recover my payment via paypal , and of course if I have to do this then I will not be inclined to favourable reviews of UCCNC.
I have asked politely for help , Why arent CNCdrive being helpful???????????
