Spindle position

Migrate from Mach3 to Uccnc without rearly any major problems accept for one. On the screen the spindle position is bottom left en will move towards the centre to start the cutting, but in real the spindle move as if in top left position and start to move downwards to the middle. I know it must be something simple but cant figure it out. Please, any advice will be rearly welcome.
