I think that by "spindle override" you are talking about the speed increase slider on the main screen that (on my version) is just below the feed rate slider override. That is indeed at 100% and I used it to increase the speed during the testing I did to create the above chart. It is proportionally correct. If I set my rpms at 5000 then bringing the override slider to 200% doubles the speed up to 10000 rpm.

Found it. My bad.............totally. The SPINDLE screen shot I uploaded was wrong. Somehow since I took that screen shot I inadvertently changed my MAX SPINDLE SPEED to 11880 instead of 21000 as listed on spindle name plate. DOH...........eye roll.............

When at the router I kept looking right past that as I "knew" it was right from the screen shot..........ugh.

I might not have noticed it without your telling me it was definitely a UCCNC setting issue Gerry. Thank you very much.

Solved thanks to your help.
