Probe not working

I am trying to set up a tool height probe and it seems not to be working. I am following this particular video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bdlkbb3uh-E. However, I am getting an error. The error appears when I click reference probe as workpiece. I am at lost what the issue might be.

I managed to get the probe working. However, I am having a problem where the Z axis stops moving physically but not in the UCCNC software during the probing routine. As a result I have to click on Cycle Stop to be able move the Z axis. What could be causing this?

I have experience instances where the Z will not be physically moving but shows to be moving in UCCNC even when not probing. I normally have to power cycle the controller to get everything working again.
