default jog speed

Hello all, Just started using uccnc and definitely want to do this but can't get it to work. I have UC300ETH Board. I went to Screens/Default2019ssf and changed %amount and added the validate line as well.
If I turn machine power off and change the required fields and then restart uccnc software and pick my UC300ETH with the machine still off. It works everytime, 60% FeedRate.
But if I turn machine on and restart software where it automatically picks UC300ETH controller it is alway's at 10%.
EDIT: Just noticed that with machine turned off running in Demo mode it works.
With Machine on and my licensed running it will not work.
Also my 2 Macros M99999,M99998 Is empty. Just says it will run when software is started.
NEED HELP!
