new install wont work

Unable to use the UCxx utility software. Windows xp says "this application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect". Mach3 says The mach3 plugin dll is defective and removes the plugin. Unsure what to do.

Install the .net framework 2.0 , you can find it on our website or you could google it and download it from Microsoft.
