New PC but no blue light

Hi,

I am hoping this is a simple issue. I have just got a new desktop PC in preparation of ordering a new machine. I installed UCCNC and added my machines profile (Stepcraft 840) which also installs the license. Once I connect to the 840 I get an audible connection that the USB is attached but the PC does not see the machine ad goes straight to demo mode. To discount a duff USB I plugged in my old laptop which recognised my machine straight away.

I am hoping the issue is something simple, possible a driver issue.

Any guidance would be gratefully received.

Its OK, I was being a spoon. I got advice to check the USB driver and that sorted it out.
