Mill Axbbe problem

Hello everyone , i have a problem with the AXBBE board turned of the mill came out next day nothing lost all communication ,all i get on pc end is network cable unplugged.
I had trouble getting it to reset ,and i do have my doubts whether it reset all the way ,i ran the network utilities file and i get nothing it can not find it, i did change the ethernet cable and the
pc out to another one same deal.
I am kind of lost i sent email to them but they keep getting returned as undeliverable not sure what's up with that deal .

Verify that your powersupply gives you a stabile 5Volts Voltage, if the communication cuts the instabile 5V power is usually the reason.
It is also possible that your powersupply gets noise. So, verify it.
