Trouble connecting AXBB-E

Hello everyone, having a issue with trying to connect the ethernet connection when i set ethernet connection to the manual settings 10.10.10.10 and sub net mask to 255.255.255.0 and try to validate settings it throws up a network diagnostics utility and says it can not find the problem.
I can find the board on the utility tool and i highlight the address and it test it ,says it is set correctly and then i save it it says it saved ok, but i never get the blue light to come on on the board .

I pinged the board at 10.10.10.11 it says it sent and received 4 packets i also ran ipconfig and it shows up correctly , i disabled the firewall to see if it was blocking it, no dice still will not connect .

I have the license in the Uccnc folder ,i am a loss as to what to try next , this is a windows 10 system 64 bit, i also reset the board a couple time and also the network on the pc any ideas as to what to try next?

Little up date, i had a spare pc with nothing on it, windows ten i installed uccnc set up new pc ethernet connection as required ran utility i saw it write something to the board the blue light was flashing and then stopped .
I then ran the software and got cant find licence file even though it"s in there. what the hay is all i am going to say about that !
Sooo! WHAT TO DO NEXT

Check that your license file matches the serial on the Axbbe, They might have sent the wrong file, (typos can happen)

Thanks Waldo ,i have it's still a problem ,ill find it just have to keep at it , ill give it another try today and see what happens ,i think it's a windows problem just not sure what as of yet.

If the blue LED is blinking once when running the UCx00 utility tool or the UCCNC software that means that the AXBB-E is receiving the data packet and understands it. The data packet the software sends which makes the blue LED to blink is which asks the AXBB-E to identify itself.
So, if this blue LED blinking happens with the UCCNC means that the connection is fine between the PC and the AXBB-E.
Furthermore if you receiving the no valid license key found also means that the software sees your AXBB-E but it finds no proper license key file for it in the UCCNC folder.

There was a problem (mistake) with one batch of AXBB-E controllers where the serial number printed on the AXBB-E labels do not math the serial number coded into the device. The difference is that the serial number on the label is CAxxxx and the coded codes are CDxxxx.
My collegue made this mistake, because the UC300ETH and 400ETH has the CD prefix in the serial numbers and the AXBB-E has the CA prefix and he mixed these up.

So, please read out the serial number of your AXBB-E controller using the UCx00 utility tool and if the serial number does not math the serial number on the label which you got the license key for then please email us and we will send you a new license key file.

Well guess what that is what is wrong when i read the utility my board is a (CD )instead of (CA ) i'll send a email out asap to request a new license , thanks for clearing this up .
I have a couple UC 400 ETH 's and never had a problem with them .

Sent them a Email yesterday requesting a new license no answer yet maybe later today, i would like to set up this machine and get moving on.
