AXBB- E question about outputs

On the port 1 outputs ,there a two pins one 5volt and one 5v0 ,i can not find out any thing in the manual about them ,am i supposed to supply 5 volts there also, as well as the 5volt input supply .

You should connect the power supplies to the screws which are labeled "Power input". The other 5V+ and 5V0 are outputs and the non isolated outputs are referenced to these voltages. See the samples in the manual.
