M66 Help

Hi,
I am trying to use M66 command

I have M66 p e q l
P is input pin - I want to use input 5 of port 2 - I put p15 and pi5 - tried both ways
E is port # - port 2
q wait time - I put 100 for 100 seconds

L - mode - I tried 3 wait until the pin goes high

My code seems to ignore the and keeps moving past it.
It is inside a subroutine if that matters
