Fusion360 5 axis

I have the same problem trying to get 4th axis working on my no-name CNC router. Tried with and without specifying the machine, neither works, though error messages are different. Has anybody actually been successful in getting GCode from a mill with A axis? I am using the MAch4Mill post, also tried the 3 Axis generic with 4th axis, as well as numerous other posts, and reviewed all the links...no luck so far.
