those cheap break out boards work well.
for analog to work you must have 12 to 24v power supply connected. (and inputs wont work without this either)
the gnd of the vfd input must be connected to the analog gnd too.
you can check the approximate voltage on pin 1 which is a 5v pwm signal
it will only generate analog voltage on the analog 0-10v pins if a speed is commanded in uccnc
so command m3 s10000.
if voltage reduces with higher rpm commanded change the pwm active low to reverse it.
ive just fitted the same board in a machine this week for a customer.
(the analog pins to the vfd are the lower 2 on right hand side of your photo. not pin 1 ! )
