Power failure light on AXBBE

Hello CNC drive support.
I was working on a CNC with a brand new AXBBE Controller. Everything worked perfect for 2 weeks. But slowly UCCNC started loosing connection for no particular reason sometimes. Usually it was solved by rebooting the PC (windows @##^รน^m!!!)

Today i was working on the machine and it happened again but this time impossible to reconnect. As i went to check the control box i noticed " power failure " was activated. So i guess it has to do with the 5V power supply.

I am using meanwell DIN rail power supply 5V 2.4A as suggested for the AXBBE. Voltage was at 5.15V instead of 5V, but all is stable.
I haven't been able to reset the AXBBE properly. Looking at the documentation i read " To remove this fault condition the 5V power connected to the board has to be toggled ". Does it only mean " turn off " ? Maybe there is more to what i understood.

I also check wires around the box and it does not appear to have any short circuit.

Here are my questions :

- How can i properly remove the " power failure " condition
- Is it possible that the controller is faulty/damaged ?
- If voltage was a little bit more than 5V ((5.15) is it bad ?
- Maybe the board was defective ?

Haven't had any issues with AXBBE for the past 3 years, i love the boards and that they were conceived in Europe :) .
I have some in stock so it's ok i can deal with the replacement.

Just trying to understand what could be happening :)

Thank you for your help !

The power failure LED means that the 5Volt input Voltage is too low or there is a short circuit on the output of the power management IC which means a short circuit on the AXBB-E board or a short circuit on a device connected to the AXBB-E.
My advice is to disconnect everything from the AXBB-E except the 5Volts and try to power it up this way.
Then connect things back one by one and power up, if it works without things connected to it.
Or if the board does not power up even with stable 5Volts and with everything is disconnected then something went bad on the board, it can be likely an IC, a buffer IC or voltage regulator or an optocoupler or something like that.
