I know the UCBB is not the ideal board to use with the 2nd port of the UC400ETH as the Input / Output on pins 2 thru 9 are configured opposite on the UCBB, but that's what I have in hand to use right now, In my case I'm good with losing the pin 2 thru 9 function entirely, the extra 4 Inputs and extra 4 outputs still useable as configured will fully satisfy my needs and allow me to use the parts I have in hand now.
My actual question is can I plug the Port 2 from the UC400ETH directly into the UCBB board CN2 and just not configure any of the Port 2 Pins 2 thru 9 in any way, Or do I need to physically isolate the pins 2 thru 9 between the boards so there is no electrical connection on those pins? Isolating the pins is easy enough but clean and simple if I can just plug in the cable and ignore the pins in configuration
Thank You
