AXBB-E no boot response

My AXBB-E has worked flawlessly for the last fifty weeks but will no longer boot.

The 5 volt supply is fine but when powering up there is no visual response at all - no led action.

What about the 24V supply?

What do you mean "no longer boot"?
What are the LEDs state?
Did you try to reset it with the reset button as described in the users manual?

"No longer boot" means that the boot-loader is dead.
With boot-loader dead, there are no status lights on the 5-volt rail.
Yes, re-set was first approach.
5-volt side was dead, AXBB-E was replaced under warranty.
The 5-volt power supply arced to ground (earth), I suspect that caused a spike.

Well, I don't understand, so your problem was solved now?
I mean you wrote the AXBB-E was replaced in warranty, so I guess the issue was solved?
