AXBB startup issue

Hi Guys, hoping you can provide some advice.

I've had an AXBB working with UCCNC for a few months now, no issues.
When I turn everything on I use the same order
- turn on pc
- wait till windows has started then power on AXBB
- wait a couple of minutes and start uccnc
- everythign works

Recently though I've found when I do this uccnc goes into demo mode.
The ready light on the AXBB is still blinking

If I power off the AXBB and back on, then quickly ready light goes steady and uccnc will start with its license.
I've tried waiting shorter and longer amounts of time, no difference.
Nothing has changed on my AXBB setup or in the enclosure

100% repeatable that a AXBB power off and on solves this.

Any ideas?

Hi there, I usually start the AXBBE first and then Start UCCNC, so far had no fails after 4 years
